Kate Delacorte and Meredith Gary, Codirectors of the Little School, share a variety of roles at the school. They support the teachers by doing regular classroom observations and meeting weekly with every classroom team. They spend time getting to know each child in the program so that they can work with the teachers on setting individualized goals. Kate and Meredith offer a Workshop Series on a range of topics related to child rearing and development and co-write NotesHome, an ongoing series of essays about teaching and learning at the Little School.
